The bodice of this tutu is made with stretchy black velvet. and embellished with red appliques, trims and beads. It features a deep V in the front, a nude insert. The short sleeves are made with nude mesh and covered with red net and beads.

The professional, hooped 12 layers tutu skirt is a real work of art. Made with high quality red tulle, it features an overlay made of black lace.
