It was created with the role of the Crystal Fountain Fairy (one of the fairies in the ballet "The Sleeping Beauty"), but it can be used for many more variations, like Princess Florina in the Blue Bird, The Snow Queen in Nutcracker, Queen of the Dryads, and many others.
The color is a beautiful shade of hand dyed aqua green that reminds you of fresh running waters. The professional bodice fastens in the back with hooks and eyes and is constructed with streamlined vertical seams that give the tutu great shape and definition. The bodice is made with cream brocade, decorated with silver appliques, trims, and small sparkling diamonds scattered throughout the bodice, to create a dazzling sparkle under the stage lights. White organza cap sleeves are sewn to the nude straps.
The 12 layers professional platter skirt features fading tones of aqua green. The embroidery on the skirt is very rich and recalls a princess dress.
This is a magnificent tutu, especially suitable for YAGP ballet competition and other high level ballet performances.
