Collection: Don Quixote

Don Quixote Ballet Costumes & Professional Tutus

Step into the vibrant and exciting world of Don Quixote with our collection of professional ballet tutus and costumes inspired by one of the most spectacular ballets in the classical repertoire.

The Don Quixote Collection by Dancewear by Patricia features beautiful costumes for many of the ballet’s famous roles and variations, including Kitri, Dulcinea, Queen of the Dryads, Cupid/Amour, Bridesmaids, and costumes for Basilio and other male roles. From the fiery energy of Kitri to the delicate elegance of the Dream Scene, each costume is selected to enhance the character, choreography and stage presence of the dancer.

Kitri Tutus & Don Quixote Variation Costumes

Kitri is one of ballet’s most exciting and technically demanding roles, requiring a costume with as much personality and stage presence as the choreography itself. Our Kitri tutus and Don Quixote costumes include styles suitable for Kitri Act I, Kitri Act III, Grand Pas de Deux variations, ballet competitions and classical performances.

The collection also includes costumes appropriate for other popular Don Quixote variations, making it an excellent choice for dancers preparing for Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP), ballet competitions, auditions and performances.

Professional Ballet Costumes Made to Measure

Many of our professional ballet tutus and costumes are individually made to order according to the dancer’s measurements, with careful attention to fit, proportion, decoration and stage presentation.

As a professional ballerina and Royal Academy of Dance certified teacher, Patricia brings more than 30 years of experience in classical ballet to Dancewear by Patricia. She can personally help dancers, parents and teachers choose the most appropriate Don Quixote costume or Kitri tutu for a particular variation, choreography or competition.

If you are unsure which costume would best complement your dancer and variation, please contact us. We are always happy to provide personal guidance.

Please allow approximately 5–7 weeks for the creation of made-to-order costumes.
